Initially went for a manicure and ended up booking in for skin tag removal as well. Was a little apprehensive as hadn't had any skin tags removed previously. Was immediately put at ease. Excellent customer service and very happy with the result. Would highly recommend. Very good value for money.

The evening before my facial I had a call to say I had been double booked and could I make a later appointment. I couldn't because I had to pick my daughter up. I was told I'd receive a call back to confirm whether the original appointment would be OK, this never happened. An hour before the appointment I got hold of someone who confirmed it was still going ahead. During the appointment I was left waiting on the treatement table for 15 mins for the facial to start, the beautician talked continuously through the facial and made comments about how my home life was 'sad' as I'm a single parent. The beautician offered to remove some milias during the treatment but I was only told this would cost extra when it was time to pay - this should have been made clear else I would have declined. I was left disappointed with the whole experience and would not recommend. This was my third visit to the salon, the second time I found the beautician to be rude - not once did she smile or give any attempt to be friendly. I wish I had learnt from this and not gone back again!
