A very professional and approachable service provided by this hardworking team. Helen has a great matter of fact manner and understands my needs and concerns. I never feel under pressure or mislead, and any post treatment enquiries are always responded to with efficiency and reassurance. I am more than happy to be advised and treated by Helen, and I feel that Mark also deserves a mention for his warm welcomes and kind manner with the administration. Ive had various procedures with Helen over the last 6 months, and I really cant praise her enough. Firstly her professionalism in her approach and procedures are unparalleled, she is very welcoming, friendly and extremely honest, if she doesnt feel you would benefit from a procedure or it may not be the best course of action at the time, she will openly say and why, no matter how much I feel I might need a little more, she simply tells you its not needed at this time, which is a very pleasant change to the norm, and I feel is rare to find this kind of honesty from my past experiences. Also this has saved me spending more money than I thought I needed at the time which is always welcoming. I have used the services of quite a few practitioners over the years so I feel I can make a helpful review with some real world experienced. I will continue to use Helen and her services from now on, and would absolutely never need to look elsewhere, as I truly believe she is the top of her game, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing these types of procedures.
