West Street Mews By AQORA, Exeter

Good value. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Nowhere to hang coats (it rained!). And a few other niggles (not worth mentioning here) so it would be good to have a place to leave notes for the cleaners and owners without broadcasting them on the internet. Or do you all need to know that one of the lightbulbs in the top bedroom needs replacing?

Because of the covid-19 situation, I have not been able to enjoy the accommodations at West Street Mews. I had a trip planned for university commencement, but of course thats not happening. However, the service I received from them throughout planning the trip, and then canceling the plans, has been excellent. I needed room for three families, and the SITU representative was extremely helpful, personable, and prompt in all communications. The accommodations chosen were very generous, but also very reasonably priced. When I then had to cancel our plans, he was again prompt and efficient. I hope to get there one day!
