        We had to cancel our holiday, and as a result lost our deposit (as per the T&C's) however, they promised that if the property got booked, they would refund us. I got the call today, to let us know that we would get our refund back - as the property has now been booked. Cannot fault that level of services - they could easily have not told us. Very happy - even though we no longer have a booking with them!

        (Updated) DISGUSTED by this company very bad customer service .I've tried 4 times with emails concerning the problems we had at No 5 vista Newquay but this company has NOT had the decency to email me back or ring me back.The apartment we had 5 the vista Newquay was filthy plus a few other things.pillows stained .two smell of sweat and mattress cover sweaty we had to re wash some plates cutlery and some glasses that still had lip marks all over them faulty tap in the bathroom the list goes on for nearly 800 we felt this was not up to scratch by any means . you are aware of all the problems as this was reported to you also by the so called manager in place for vista.about drunken people in no 6 vista loud music etc .never again will I stay here or use your company

        I've just come back from a week in Dartmouth, staying at No.3 the Manor House (July 2021). We were a party of four adults and had a fantastic time. The property is excellent value for money, with superb views across Dartmouth and Kingswear as well as being perfectly located for local pubs, restaurants and amenities. We had plenty of space in this property, which is well equipped and has some of the features of the original building, such as lovely high ceilings, stunning panoramic views from the large lounge windows - all of which are well maintained.. This was a last minute find for us as we had hoped to go abroad, but like so many had to make alternative plans because Covid and we were not disappointed. Dartmouth has a lot to offer if you stay here - plenty of great restaurants and pubs and lovely beaches close by. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay and wanting to completely chill out - that was how the four of us all felt.
