I chose to do this as Stanley security sold me the product as being able to amend my requirements, move systems to other premises and have on hand support at all times should there be an issue.
Since having the system installed there have been 6 reported faults, all of which I had to chase on numerous occasions to get resolved and at all times was met with unprofessional and unhelpful staff.
I also had a recent break in attempt on my property so asked Stanley to reposition a camera for me which they advised at point of sale would also be part of the monthly subscription) to then be advised there is a charge.
This company truly and wholeheartedly DO NOT CARE about their customers in anyway and are only interested in getting your money upfront, then once they have it, do not deliver any type of service whatsoever!
Would highly recommend giving Stanley a big miss if considering security for your premises - Total Cowboys!
I was warned by a nearby business not to use them, I only wish I had adhered their advice now!!!
