        It kind of is what it is. Its a statue. But a perfect landmark for finding your way around town. It is also the meeting spot on Cathedral Green for Exeters Red Coat tours. Admittedly, Im going to have to do additional research to understand who General Richard Hooker was and his importance to the Exeter. Its a great photography opportunity as well.
