First time at Terrys - we were craving a fry up, and it didnt disappoint! Completely delicious, excellent price, and the milkshakes were similarly excellent. Thank you, definitely making this a regular!

What a lovely cafe in the middle of the city, food cooked to perfection and served in a timely manner during a lunch time rush, well done to Linda, Hannah, Amy and Dave

Very freindly girls staffing, couldn't do enough to help. That's where the postive review ends. Food was expensive for what was essentially tasteless bookers basic supplies. Sausages were undercooked and recived dirty cutlery at the start along with rubbish in the strangley empty condiment holder (what was the point of it if you bring the condiments over) which instantly put me off as cleanliness was questionable. Refused to sub unwanted items for anything other than a 3p hash brown, just mean. I get it though, doesn't mean my experience is consistant with everyone's but was enough to put me off from coming back so I'd say to you, be better, we eat out very often and would of come back if it had been a good experience, right now all business need customers and this is why you need to at least try to get it right every time. In the coming months as the recession bikes, such a cavalier attitude could be your downfall. Having a clean table for each guest is fundamental. I do wish you well with your business though even though this is a negative review.
