Reflexologist; Kinesiologist

I haven't had kinesiology or reflexology before, but I have had a lot of other treatments and therapies. I really enjoyed my mixed treatment of kinesiology and reflexology with Jane and felt the benefits straight away. She was very professional and caring at the same time. I will definitely be going back and I do highly recommend her.

Jane was highly recommended to me last year whilst I was experiencing high levels of stress and struggling to cope with everyday life. Reflexology for fertility I have been to see Jane Van Spyk for over 3 years now. She used a combination of reflexology and Kinesiology. I can't recommend her enough. I have been able to conceive naturally with my second baby which is amazing as I had fertility treatment the first time round (IUI). If you are struggling with fertility issues, then I recommend going to see Jane. She is brilliant!

For several years I have been a client of Jane Van Spyk and a student at many of her classes. I have received a variety of treatments from Jane and all have been beneficial for mind as well as body. I have also gained valuable tools from attending the classes. They are always enjoyable, as Jane has the ability and knowledge that make them very interesting.
