My review is based on a few appointments with one psychologist, so Im sure there are some good ones working for the company. Unfortunately my experience was deeply negative and did me more harm than good. I gave all the pertinent information in the first appointment. I then had to give most of it again in the second, because the psychologist hadnt read back through her notes. Bear in mind that this is deeply personal information, the recounting of which is traumatic by itself. At the end of the third appointment, the psychologist informed me that she was unable to treat me. This was based on information regarding medications that I divulged within the first five minutes of the first appointment. I found this to be unprofessional and it caused me distress.

I turned to PA to seek some help for my 8 year old son. After a brief 5 minute phone call with a case handler they suggested someone who normally charges 55 per hour but they then add an additional 50% on top (27.50) per session simply for putting me in touch. These are extortionate fees and I feel like they are taking advantage of people who are in need of help & support. I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone.
