Staff are always really lovely and happy to help. Always following procedure and IDing when necessary. Even the most unexpected stuff can be found here, which is a real help when other shops are closed.

The latest times mail is accepted can vary see the notice displayed in the branch. Not much use if they differ and you have to go a long way to find they are closed before the advertised times. Easy to fix, update the information with actual hours and improve the customer experience for Morrison's and Postal Service's with one simple action.

Much more convenient of any other post office (if you can still find one): the opening hours are much more flexible than elsewhere, i usually don't find a queue and the staff are fast. There isn't a great selection if stationery, but that can be found anywhere.

Frustratingly unreliable. Lost count of the times I've come here to find no staff on the PO till, or things out of order. Huge waste of time to have to keep waiting or being turned away. Gutted this is my local frankly because it's constantly unreliable and understaffed. Third time this year I've had a wasted trip now and had to drive just to post a parcel.
