Wonford Post Office

Post office is not open on Sundays, although it says so online. It is misleading, so please change the timings, so people don't take time to go there only to be disappointed about it.

Every time I use this post office the staff couldn't be more polite, friendly and helpful. I got there one morning way too early to special post a letter, and the lady dealt with it for more very graciously.

Lazy staff, asked me to come back the next day for no reason. It was their advertised working hours. More interested in chatting with their mates. This post office should be closed. I'll never go there again

Absolutely diabolical. Unprofessional, inept and blas staff, they close the PO counter whenever they like and just shout and swear across the shop to each other and their mates. They only survive because of their prime location.

Would give it zero stars if it was possible! Absolutely shocking service, staff lazy, shut the post office counter down to go out for a fag or any other time that suits them, totally unprofessional and a disgrace to Royal Mail. I'd rather walk an extra 20 minutes every day to the Heavitree PO and get a reliable service.
