Exeter Post Office

Such a frustrating experience every time! Very short staffed with a very high demand. Today (Saturday) I spent 45 mins queueing, only one person was behind the till and none of the self service tills were in use. Also annoying how many adverts are plastering the walls for additional services the Post Office provides, when they don't employ enough staff to provide existing customers with typical services! Once you're through the queue, the employees always seem polite and friendly.

Fantastic service, shame they are let down by unreliable staff. However listening today while queuing, the abuse they receive from other people waiting in the queue it doesnt surprise me the staff dont want to work. People need to have a little patience and manners.

Went to post a letter a few saturdays ago at 1:15pm. Just as I arrived I was told that the counters were all closing as all the workers had to go for their lunch break. I said I just needed to use the self service, but they turn these off when there are no staff around (rendering them pointless ?) I understand of course workers need their breaks, so I asked when lunch would be done. They told me 3pm ! When I showed up back at that time found out it wad actually until 3:30. A 2 hour lunch break for every worker on a busy Saturday, the day before they are closed and being the only day working people can post seems ridiculous ! Why are there not staff to cover these lunch breaks ?

These guys are troopers, They are very understaffed and do their best.
