Pilates in Exeter with Fiona Swan

My husband and I have been attending Fiona's classes for several years. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere. We always feel better after the classes.

Fionas Pilates and Strength Training classes are great. Since Lockdown she has been running sessions by Zoom which really fits in when you are working full time. She explains all the movements really well and demonstrates from different angles so that you are doing everything properly to get full benefits. I definitely have better core strength and feel trimmer. After a session I feel so much better; all stretched out and relaxed. I would definitely recommend for all. As a woman in my 50s I think the Strength training is really beneficial to maintain bone density and good muscle tone.

Ive been attending Fionas on line classes for a couple of months and enjoying the experience and benifiting loads. The back care sessions have made a real difference to the strength of my back and I've been pain free for 2 weeks so I'm all giving 5 stars !!!
