        I went to get my phone screen fixed after ot was damaged, and it was fixed very quickly and lovely staff also. Will definitely come back if I have any issues in the future with other devices.

        Not at all happy, wanted a phone case, one was provided, I wasn't happy with fit. Guy says it'll be done, I said I'd give it a try.. Told him at the end of the afternoon I didn't want it. He wouldn't refund. Went back in today 16/8 and again told him I didn't want it, he looked at case, said it was dirty, (just static collection of dust) and refused to refund, despite a disclaimer in the shop saying I had 30 days to return, only bought it on the 13/8.
