while queuing outside to open not one member of staff came outside to let the people in que they couldn't open as had no pharmacist . they just hid when I tried to get there attention 10 mins after they shoud of opened . no one could see the sign of the door as person in que was stood infront of it and another lady who needed her prescription for her sick child after bring at Devon docs during the night just wanted to know if she could get it somewhere else as it had been sent there was also ignored. think they need to go back to do a course on basic costumer service

They never never answer there phone dieing from cancer all I want to know is if somebody else can pick up my controlled medication

Took time out of my working day to find out these people shut for lunch?!? Needless to say we will be changing pharmacy as this was the closest and recently changed. Yet another health care let down and inconvenience. If it isn't the doctors surgery it's the pharmacy.

Very good service and have help me to better myself how ever most of the locals are passive aggressive one of the staff is unprofessional they have a friend who like to visit with there dog , the gentleman likes to stand infront of the entrance blocking meaning no one can go in or out with asking first, they got rid of the 2 customers onlyvrule however the local still act like its still there so wil get funny although its possisble they could get verbally aggressive, also sometimes it can very diffrcult impossisble to enter if you have a wheelchair as on the side opposite cyclemania they park there cars or cyclemania does im not sure.
