        Its a joke. Unprofessional. Waited half an hour for my prescription which was one inhaler, four people after me got their prescription, I inquired only to find that they put it back on the shelf and then they laughed about it.

        How many pharmacists/assistants does it take to find one person's prescription.....apparently all 5 of them!! meaning the rest have to wait over 10 minutes just to hand in a prescription as no one available on the front desk......appalling service

        30/40 min wait to be served, not good for people with health conditions, and easy to catch nasties with 14+ people crammed into a small space. Staff are nice, but they're massively overworked. Boots need to do something.
