        Booked a flu jab at this pharmacy - cancelled 1 day before. Booked again for the next week - cancelled again 1 day before. Ordered items online to collect - went missing. Head office ignored multiple emails. Had to apply to Paypal for a refund - took weeks. Go to Boots instead.
