        Nicely stocked, but to get to the groom room there were quite a lot of stairs. The groom room very busy, so was ignored for a couple of minutes

        Staff are lovely and very kind to my elderly GSD. Prices very reasonable for such a professional service. Only thing i would say that the groom room is at the back of the building and you have on occasions to fight your way past the queues of people and their pets waiting at the checkouts, not easy when bringing such a large dog to her appointment.
