Duffersons dog grooming

Cant rate this lady highly enough. I took two Rottweilers to her, one a recent rescue with anxiety problems who was treated very badly for three years until we got her two months ago. The other a large fairly dominant male. Gemma took it all in her stride, she is caring, compassionate & very skilled. Unhurried, calm & full of humour, Gemma is a gem! Were already booked-in for round two of cleaner coats & teeth!

From the moment we stepped into the shop was filled with confidence at the delightful approach to teeth cleaning for two nervous dogs. What a professional approach and a fabulous experience. The teeth cleaning was really impressive and has given 100% improvement. Thank you Duffersons for a truly impressive service.

We took our six month old Cocker Spaniel puppy in today for his first nail trim and some light grooming. Gemma was wondeful with him and talked us through the whole process as it was happening. She is marvellous at what she does and obviously loves and cares about dogs. We weren't sure how Fife would react but she was so confident in her handling of him that we need not have worried! We wouldn't go anywhere else now
