Lennox is such an incredible PT and I could not recommend him enough. I took part in his 6-week 'Empower your Summer' program, which definitely says what it does. I felt so strong, had an amazing structure. He is such a positive soul and it really does influence you! If you get the chance, make sure you take part in one of his spin classes! You won't regret it!

Lennox completely transformed both my mind and my body in my 3 months with him. I went from forcing myself to go to the gym every day and feeling guilty about food to getting excited to exercise, working out less and eating what I wanted - and in turn I felt great and saw so many more results! Only stopped working with Lennox due to the Uni year ending and me moving back home, could not recommend more, hoping to get back into it when I move back to Uni in September! Can't thank Lennox enough for the 'glow up' he helped me through :)

Had such a great experience having Lennox as my PT, he made me feel soo comfortable and confident and was the motivation and accountability I needed! Spent the time getting to know me and my goals and I really felt that he listened and genuinely cared. Ive learnt so much that I can take forwards with me and I really enjoyed my training with him. Lennox is honestly the best personal trainer I've ever had! Very sad I'm moving away and couldn't train with him anymore. If you're looking for a PT, look no further and here are some of the reasons: 1. You get training programs tailored to your specific needs and they get updated every six weeks. I like the programs because they allowed me to see gradual improvements over the months without getting overwhelmed or intimidated. 2. You can always expect great communication from him, whether it's about arranging sessions or fixing techniques. You always get your questions answered whether it's about training or diet or anything in between. 3. Probs the most important thing for me: you always get positive vibes from him. I think this is so important because sometimes you really need that positive energy to push yourself that little bit harder. Sometimes I would walk in a session feeling not 100% but I always got my spirits uplifted afterwards. Great training is never just about the physical side of things because the mental strength you have can really help you achieve the goals and Lennox is always there for you! Thank you Lennox for all your help!!
