Michael's dance background appealed to me when I was looking for a return to fitness after a knee injury. Ordinary physio can be so dull! All sessions with Michael were fun, inventive, thorough, and instructive. I learnt new ways and attitudes to develop strength and flexibility - safely. My knee and general well-being much improved. Thanks Michael!

Michal is so passionate about his work, and about customising everything to his client's needs. He is able to cater sessions to my weak wrists, neck pain, and gradually build strength back where needed so that I can progress towards avoiding small injuries in day to day life. Sessions are fun and imaginative, and I have had great fun with deadlifts! He's got the kind of varied knowledge that you really need when aiming to make someone strong all-round, rather than just strong in set muscle groups and not protected from injury in the future. I'd highly recommend Michal as a personal trainer!

I had about 8 sessions with Mike in the Summer, helping me to get in shape for my wedding. I really liked that he explained some of the theory behind getting fit and he does lots of courses and training to keep his sessions fresh. His methods are really cool and interesting and I appreciated that a lot. With him it's not just about lifting heavy weights but also understanding your body a bit better too!

I've been training with Michal for over a year now - initially working on the mobility limitations which were holding me back in my yoga and acrobatic practice, but more recently focussing on strength training. My build is very slight, and I've had massive body image issues in the past. When working with other trainers I've sometimes felt uncomfortable, and that their goals don't align with mine. From the outset Michal's coaching was centred around my requirements - at our first meeting he asked what I wanted to achieve and took it in his stride when I told him that "I want to be a ninja"... Through his encouragement I have built masses of confidence and now I feel for the first time 'capable' in my own body. His progressive and sustainable approach to training has kept me injury free, with the skills and control I have learnt proving valuable in a wide range of activities. I look forward to building on the successes of the past 12 months with his continued support and friendship.
