I have been training with Ben for 6 months. Before we met I trained without much focus or idea of what I was doing. Ben has helped me to set specific goals and set me programmes which work towards these goals. I find the training sessions challenging but fun, he always has something different up his sleeve to mix things up. When training with Ben I can focus on the exercise while he keeps my form in check and makes sure I am progressively overloading each and every time. Thanks to his programmes, diet plan and guidance I have made a lot of progression and don't see any signs of this slowing up. Highly recommended

I have recently finished a 12 week fitness plan with Ben after great recommendations. What can I say.... I am hugely amazed with the results! Ben is a very knowledgable, committed, hard working personal trainer who encouraged and motivated me to achieve my fitness goals. I can finally do pull ups/ press-ups :) He guided me well through the nutiritional aspect of my programme, and tailored it to suit my individual needs. Its highly rewarding to see how my body has changed just over the space of 12 weeks and I couldnt of done it without Bens guidance, help and support. Not only that, its changed my mentality and have found enjoyment in fitness once again.

I did a 12 week challenge with Ben of Gmfitness and the results were unbelievable!!! The whole package was really professional from the start and he was highly knowledgeable and motivating to push me to improve. Cant recommend highly enough my friends and family couldnt believe my transformation.

Ben's worked with me through two programmes - a bulk and a cut and the results which he's been able to achieve on both have been awesome. Definitely a personal trainer for those who already have a few years gym training already under their belt. The diet and workout plans have been spot on and adjusted if progress is slowing down - plus in the gym he's got a keen eye for improving technique and pacing to get you the results you need. Hire him, you won't be disappointed.

I met Ben back in October 2017 at Unit 7 gym. I considered myself pretty active but not really achieving to much. Ben took me under his wing, showed me how to use the gym equipment effectively to start to get results. In March 2018 we stepped it up to a 12 week challenge with a dedicated programme and diet plan. Since the turn of the year I've lost around two stone in weight and continue to learn new exercises with Ben being there all the way. With dedication Ben will not let you fail, he's a great down to earth guy with a wealth of experience to pass on. A highly recommended P.T trainer.
