Nye is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a lovely person. He has helped me become stronger and more confident over the last 8 months. He has a sensitive and positive approach to recovery from health problems, and adapts the training programme to health fluctuations. His PT sessions are in a great private studio and are educational as well as active, teaching technique and giving you information to be more independent with your fitness. I looked forward to my sessions every week and even when I didn't feel like going, it always made me feel better. Thanks Nye!
