Alex has changed my life! I fully recommend Alex if you want to change your life too!! After yo-yo'ing with my weight since I was a kid, after trying every diet and every quick fix possible, I decided the only thing I hadn't tried was a personal trainer. I had a gym membership I never used and wasn't confident in lifting weights (because I've never really done it) and hated cardio. Alex eased me in slowly, adapted exercises so I could cope, but also made me feel confident and comfortable. I've now lost 5 stone and stayed consistent for 3 years. Alex supported with not just in the gym but outside with my diet and mindset towards my goals and lifestyle. This has been the best investment of my life and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! Thank you Alex! You are the best!

Since me and my partner started working with Alex in January 2022, it has improved our fitness, helped with nutrition and made us eat healthier and manage our calories better. Recently we have started working with his new member of staff Jacob and so far it is going well. Thanks both for your continued support on our health journey. We would both recommend both Alex and Jacob.

I've been training with Alex for a couple of years now and I've seen some big improvements in strength and fitness over that time. The big positives for me are that Alex knows his stuff, he varies the sessions enough to keep me challenged/motivated and it's all done in a comfortable and fun environment.
