Excellent Customer Service. Ordered a few items from them and they are always good quality and reasonable priced. There was a slight issue with this order, I rang up and spoke with someone called Sally, she sorted the issue out immediately and sent the hat by post the same day. Can't fault in any way and would recommend and purchase again from them.

Amazing, now ordered 3 beanie's. So warm, comfortable and look amazing. Also the customer service is great. Will definitely be using again.

Hats that actually FIT! All too often, hat manufacturers make uncomfortable, tiny woollen creations that are only of use to children and those with very small heads. These hats are very comfortable, properly sized, warm and look great Will not order from any other company.

Advise caution shopping with BBCO I ordered some gifts from them, received order confirmation then confirmation they had shipped. A week later nothing so I emailed. 3-4 days later no reply so I called them. Apparently nothing had shipped despite the emails saying they had and the items ordered werent in stock. V disappointed as I had no time to order another gift, if they had just said not in stock Id have been fine with that. When communicating with bbco about this over email I had asked if they had anything similar sized, but after receiving no reply for 3-4 more days I yet again had to chase them. At this point I just asked for a refund, which was promised. Now a further week later that refund has not been actioned, and it is yet again down to me to chase them. Ive tried emailing and calling but their phone just rings out. Im not a negative review person but Ive been left confused and annoyed by a company Ive spent good money with in the past. They have done nothing at all to try and retain my business , I have had to repeatedly chase them and am still yet to get my money back.
