Jenny was recommended to me for dealing with my knee pain and I can absolutely see why. Her approach is completely person centred, holistic and respectful. She is extremely knowledgeable and will talk you through everything that she suggests doing in terms of adjustments. She did wonders for my knee because she listened and acted on everything that I told her and she has helped me to understand the source of the pain and how to sustain my recovery. I was apprehensive before meeting her as I had never worked with an osteopath before but she quickly put me at ease and was very reassuring, involving me in every stage of the process. Highly recommend.

Theres always a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere here. The sports massages are great, Craig provides helpful advice and is very responsive.

Can't recommend Jenny enough. I went to Jenny for issues related to olympic weightlifting. She worked with me over a number of months and fixed me up sufficiently so that I got numerous PB's and got my competitive form back!
