Suffered with neck and shoulder issues for 15+ years. Fobbed off by GP and useless physio. Accepted that the pain & discomfort was something I would have to live with. Heard horror stories about Chiropractors, so never approached one. Still unsure of the difference between them and an Osteopath if Im honest. Took a leap of faith after speaking with Jo. After my very first visit I burst into tears, OF JOY and relief. I was able to look over my left shoulder without having to turn my whole body for the first time in many many years. Only four visits and Im pain free and have mobility in my neck and shoulder. Angry with myself for not doing this years ago. Jo I cant thank you enough!

Jo was knowledgeable and patient with explaining my issues and really seemed to identify the problem. No pushy sales techniques, just honest advice and treatment. I have recommended to several people.
