Excellent service, always calm and helpful. Wearing appropriate ppe, completed full eye test safely and professionally. I have been a patients at the Opticians for almost 30 years and would recommend to anyone.

Disgracefully poor service. One Star only given as Zero not an option!!! Should never have gone to them. A very elderly relative is still waiting to receive a refund of 480 pounds for spectacle lenses she paid for in January - including 35 pounds eye test (which should never have been charged for anyway). She found it impossible to get on with their new prescription and a refund was requested and agreed to by the Chatterjee optometrist as the lenses were not fit for purpose. Due to infirmity and severe health problems (she has already lost her sight in one eye) she is now not able to attend their premises in person. Only one family member lives in travelling distance and is limited by work hours as to when he can go to their Exeter shop. The first time he went, on a Saturday lunchtime, the shop was shuttered up even though they advertise themselves as open in this time period. He was able to return today only to be told that the one person who could make the refund is sick and due back in two days' time. So yet another visit to their shop to collect the refund by someone who does not live in Exeter and has to make a special journey in. Chatterjee staff have acted shamefully throughout this whole sorry episode. The family intend to make an official complain through the OCCS if this matter is not resolved within the next few days.
