My son has been going to Owlets since he was 18 months old. He settled in immediately and has learnt so much in the nearly 2 years he has been there. The staff are attentive and cheerful. They are always happy to update you with info about how his day has gone, or talk about any concerns we may have. He is always happy to go in but also excitedly talks about how his day has gone at pick up time. The facilities and (very large) outdoor space are massive positives as my son enjoys being outside so much. We are very happy with the support from staff and the facilities and would recommend Owlets.

I started working at Owlets in June 2022, since I started, I have been made to feel so welcome by all of the members of staff. I have been shown respect, I have been able to use my experience within Early Years significantly and my opinion is always asked for and considered. I am enjoying and appreciate my employment within a wonderfully varied team, in age, qualification and experience. Management is friendly and approachable, and the staff are passionate and eager to give every child the best start in their journey of learning that they possibly can.

Absolutely awful place to work. Management don't care for their staff, always belittling them and expecting them to work miracles with next to no praise. Staff are amazing and a great team, but management needs to change, they are the source of all the problems there. Now all the staff are miserable and want nothing more than to leave. DON'T EVER WORK HERE!!!

Truly incredible setting! Both my children attend here in different age groups and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. You can tell that they are all very passionate about what they do and that this is far more than just a job for them. One of my children has additional needs and we struggled in a previous setting. The director, SLT and SENDCO were aware of this when we applied and from the offset, have gone above and beyond to regain our confidence and reassure us. I cannot shout loud enough about how amazing it has been for him, the progress he has made in such a short amount of time since being there has been incredible. The work that they are doing and the provisions they are making for him and for his and our future are going to be life changing for him and for us as a family. I have no doubt it will be the same for our daughter who also attends. I think until you have experience the worst kind of childcare for your child, you take for granted just how much the right setting and its team can make a difference to your child's life and development. Sarah and the management team have created an incredible setting and team who are all very passionate about giving these children the very best start in education and life. They are understanding of all the children's individual needs and aspirations and from this they are all encouraging, inclusive, nurturing and just wonderful in all that they do for these children. Keep up the incredible work because you are all making the biggest and most incredible difference to all of these children's and families lives. Thank you!

After putting our child on the waiting list for nearly a year, and paying for 6 weeks settle in days at full price, the nursery decided to close a room after 8 months and asked our child to leave with a weeks notice. This was after taking on all of the children from the Exeter College City centre nursery two months previously, which also closed under the same management. Constant issues throughout our child's time with the nursery with unexpected closures, mostly stemming from poor management and staffing issues. No one ever seems to stay longer than a few months. They also had a child escape so understaffimg obviously led to safety concerns. On a positive note, most of the staff are very pleasant and seem to care about the children but the management leave a lot to be desired. Communication and man management issues are at the heart of their problems but they prefer to blame everyone else for their staffing issues. The room closure and a new nursery were a blessing in hindsight.
