Amazing experience from finding the car online and sharing video feedback, exceptional customer service upon arrival through to a detailed hand over leaving no stone unturned and eye for detail. My partner was advised by Nissan Exeter that his car needed a new timing chain and an, oil pump, which would cost over 1,800 to fix, checked with another garage before undertaking work, there was nothing wrong with the car at all. Very disappointed, but lesson learnt.this happened last week, its definately on file. Months later, have sold car, will never go to Nissan again, bought my last three cars from this garage, but never again.
