Nails 4U Exeter

I have one pedicure to set me up for the summer and went to Nails4U this morning. The experience was poor. Three members of staff were rotated to complete the process. Basically existing varnish was removed, a poor attempt at filing then a scrub was done. A small amount of hard skin removed but tonight it looks no different. I had to put my feet into a staff members lap for the varnish to be applied. Ive had to remove the varnish on both toenails and repaint them with my own colour. Would I return sadly no. I showed my design and it turned out very poorly. Left with strand of hair in my acrylics. My cuticles were filed to the point where it stung and boss man was telling me it wasnt hurting because there was no blood. When i went back, they refused to give me a refund. They also over charged me. There was no good customer service. Would not recommend to go to this place as it wouldnt give you any satisfaction. Avoid this place at all times, dont bother

My Wife had her nails done here, the staff were rude, they forced back her cuticles causing pain and damaging them, when filing her nails they used a very aggressive technique causing lasting pain especially in her thumbs. They also took a chunk of flesh out of her ring finger causing some bleeding, as you have probably already guessed, they ignored this and carried on despite my wife's flinching at the pain! After taking one look through this company's reviews, and weeding out some of the clearly fake ones, along with the old outdated reviews, it's obvious to me that their true rating is hopelessly far from 3.8, just look past the fake 5 star reviews and have a read of the smattering of horror stories in the one star area, trust me, you won't want these people anywhere near you after reading those. Avoid this place if you value your nails, which I'm guessing you do! Service: Manicure
