Filed the tops of my nails for prep then left me for an hour until I had enough and walked out. Walked past me sitting in the chair bored out of my mind after an hour and smirked at me too!
Horrible customer service.
I have used them before and I've had to go back to correct mistakes, the last time I had my nails done I had a huge lump of acrylic on the side of my nail but as I went on holiday the next day I couldn't get it fixed.
