I must say that I felt that Jelena Ratchford left me feeling very well informed and provided me with options and thoughts that I hadn't considered.         As a first time buyer I didn't know what to expect, but Jelena is incredibly professional, friendly, and put me as ease. All my questions were answered, and I had an agreement in principle within a couple of days so I could start viewing properties. Very highly recommended.
