Richard was very communicative and explained things very clearly - a lot of the mortgage lingo goes over my head and Richard was sure to make sure I understood each step. When I had problems with the solicitors provided by the bank he was still on hand to help. I'd totally recommend Richard, and it was nice to use a local person to help who had an understanding of the area.

Richard was super helpful and supportive every step of the way through quite a tricky mortgage. He is brilliant at what he does and worked hard to secure the mortgage I needed. Im very appreciative and definitely would/will use his services again in the future.
