        We were looking for a re-mortgage and as we live in Devon we wanted to deal with a local company. Although you would think this is an online company Phil came out to my home address at a time that suited me to go through the application, he was very patient explaining all the different options leaving me very confident that we had obtained the best mortgage. Having the 'personal' touch made all the difference as in the past we have dealt with national companies who appear to be only interested in the sale, not the individual. Phil and his team were very professional, kept us updated at all stages and made what can be a stressful time an easy process.
