We found Mayflower through a Google search and what a lucky find it was!! We were building a holiday cottage so there were no mortgages available, so through the expertise of Michelle, we were able to gain finance through a specialist company Michelle sourced. As rhe build was nesring completion, Michelle was already searching the market for mortgage providers foe us to remortgage with and repay the finance, to ensure that as soon as the build was complete with the relevant certificates, we could remortgage. This was all at a tricky time in the mortgage market due to the financial difficulties in the country, but Michelle was able to source a suitable lender and we were able to secure a mortgage. As with any project, this was a stressful period but Michelle was always on hand to answer any queries and kept on top of the communication between us and the mortgage company until we reached a successful conclusion. All in all, a great service, very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Highly recommended.

I called Mayflower on a recommendation as the previous Self-build mortgage broker I had started with were a disorganised mess and frustrated me to no end. I was assigned Glenn Chandler who was excellent all the way through. Got a quick offer away and was super straightforward. I would highly recommend this well organised and professional team.

Huge thanks to Marc Gibbs who helped me secure a mortgage as a sole occupant. He managed to get me an offer accepted and completed within one month for a transfer of equity - I think that's some kind of record!
