Successful Mortgages & Sound Advice. I have dealt with Peter Opie & Associates for a number of years and found them to be very professional, honest and straight talking. Their advice has been sound and backed up with solid research enabling an informed decision to be made. This has led to cost savings and an alignment with my personal and commercial goals. I would recommend Peter and his associates to anyone that needs an impartial and transparent mortgage service. Peter is a people person and sensitive to ones goals and tries to help achieve them for a win-win outcome. He is also well respected within the property community and often called to talk at events.

I would highly recommend Peter. I have been in the BTL business for over 10 years and have worked with many brokers until I met Pete 4 years ago. He is personal, professional and understands the business of property investors who dont always want to buy straight forward mortgageable properties. He has always delivered with great products from standard BTL mortgages to bridging fianc for very tricky properties that I am sure previous brokers would have said was not possible. I dont often recommend people, but I dont hesitate to tell friends and family to use Peter Opie and know he has helped out countless times for them and they now also speak fondly of his wok. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

As a full-time property investor, I have used Peter for many years now and he has sourced all of my buy-to-let mortgages and re-mortgages for me as well as my own personal mortgages. Not only is Peters knowledge of the market second to none (he has always managed to find the most competitive products), but he is also scrupulously honest, I have over the years recommended Peter to many of my friends, family and associates and I have no hesitation in recommending his services. I can not praise Peter and his team enough, I dont know what Id go without them.
