        I had a serious life changing illness as a child which affected my eyesight and have undergone numerous tests over the years. Needless to say, when its time for an eye test I start to get quite anxious as I also suffer with post traumatic stress disorder. I had recently had a poor experience at one of the main High Street retailers and decided to try somewhere new. My eyes were tested by Ian and I found him to be incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took great care to explain the tests and made me feel at ease. Unlike many other opticians, it was refreshing to hear that my eyes had barely changed since the last test and there was no pressure to buy unnecessary new glasses. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this optician.

The receptionist staff are professional and friendly. Pullen & Symes is an excellent practice, which I highly recommend.

        The service Ive had from Pullen & Sykes over the last 3 years has been second to none. Their attention to detail and service is superb and my glasses Ive had over that time has been spot on. Ive used several independent opticians over the years and had a variety of issues, thankfully Ive found somewhere I can go and know I will get exactly what I need and expect. Thank you!
