Home treatment team didnt stay with me long only s week

If I could give no stars that would be more appropriate. Complaints are not recorded, communication within their team is near non-existent, they write formal medical notes with the idea of covering up their mistakes while writing, medical information recorded incorrectly. They failed to support or act in an organised manner. Any question brought by the patient about them, they default use mental state as to discredit the patient and cover their behaviour. I just received freedom of information paperwork that is written in a completely self serving way. Who do you trust if these people entrusted with the most important job decide not to pay attention and do not respect the job that they take a wage to do? absolutely appalling service.

The people in the office, cant fault them. The line of procedure right now? Appalling. I did get sent in circles though, and no one speaks to eachother x
