        After going to a couple of the 'big names' to find out about getting my kitchen replaced, a neighbour recommended going to Exeter Kitchen Store. I popped in and spoke to Dominic there. From the get go, the whole thing was so much easier. Down to earth, super knowledgeable, and no pressure unlike the big names I went to previously. Dominic guided me through the whole process from start to finish, and designed a cracking kitchen that I'm very happy with. Would highly recommend EKS and Dominic if you're looking for a new kitchen.         Terrible service from start to finish. Once they take your deposit they don't want to know. Very expensive for average quality products and zero customer service. I experienced a whole series of issues (sitting on our order for months until we chased them for an update, not bothering to measure the kitchen, sending the wrong kitchen design to the fitter, having the incorrect kitchen choices on our file etc. etc.) I would not recommend at all and suggest going elsewhere if you are thinking of using them. They also ignore complaint emails.
