Terrible at following up. Viewed a property on a Saturday and did not hear back from them on Monday. I had to phoned them to book a second viewing which was not a big deal. After the second viewing I said I would put an offer in the next day but again never got a call from them. I phoned again to make an offer. Again no big deal. However, I never heard anything from them ever since! Not even an update on whether my offer has been rejected! I found out the property was sold on Rightmove 2 days after I placed my offer. I do not usually leave any reviews but I found this unacceptable. I felt disrespected. I did not even put in a low ball offer. My offer matched the asking! No reason to treat your potential buyer like this. Will never have anything to do with Stags in the future. Edit: Hi Nick, what you have said is completely untrue. My phone does have a voice mail. Other estate agents have been able to leave a message for me. I had no miss calls from Stags. Before leaving this review I had already checked all my mail boxes including spam and voice mails. I had nothing at all.
