The lady in the shop told me it was from 60+ to have my ears pierced. I said that was a lot and thought it was cheaper but she said theyre better quality earrings and would heal faster. I went ahead but thought it was a lot given I thought it would be cheaper. I have since found out they do ear piercing from 20, so I was completely misinformed. I have tried contacting them by phone and email to discuss this with them but all my efforts have been ignored. When I had my second ear lobe hole pierced I had it done at a tattoo place and I wish Id gone back there, much cheaper, and more professional. I would avoid Claires, theyre very well known but just try to upsell and dont give you the right information, and their customer service is appalling.

Sara I believe she was called was very arrogant and rude; I have been using claires for years but after meeting this level of unprofessionality I shan't be using them again.

Had my ears pierced here today - even though they were short staffed & the poor staff member had to run the shop. Brilliant service - I was half expecting to be told they couldnt do it as it was half term & very busy. I think the negative reviews about the shop (not the piercing side) are from people who clearly havent worked in retail - the member of staff had gone without a break, still tending to customers as I told her I was more than happy to wait, even keeping an eye out for the young girls who werent with adults on top of giving me a really friendly service. Retail, short staffed & half term is hard - maybe people should think about that before leaving a negative review!!

Please do not get your ears pierced there! I got my ears pieces there and they did it with a gun. 1.5 years later the piercing still hasnt healed.
