The staff are always extremely friendly and comforting. Quite a few of the views mention long wait times ect but I dont think this is a reflection of how efficiently the practice operates this is unfortunately out of their control. I appreciate that the staff do the best they can and are always so polite

The services supposedly offered by this practice have deteriorated over the last few years to the point its become almost impossible to either see a GP! There are, according to the website something in the region of 15 GP's in the group and NOT ONE of them works full time? These days, if you fall ill at a weekend then the only recourse is the A&E Dept at the local hospital, putting even more pressure on an already strained and overworked section of the NHS. Every single one of the 'Doctors' in the practice was trained for free at Uni & Med School - its about time they started paying us back if they can't be bothered to put a full weeks work in - like the rest of us! The rest of the world has had its jabs (and boosters) and has got on with life - the GPs are STILL hiding behind Covid19 as an excuse, offering what is at best a very limited service and at worse nothing at all! The local doctors of yesteryear must be turning in their graves to see how the current generation have degenerated into a bunch of selfish part-timers. If it wasn't for the Nursing Staff then the practice would simply grind to a halt!
