This service is horrendous. I paid the entire amount for all my 15 parcels but unfortunately I didnt receive any of them on time. Moreover, on top of that 3 of them went missing and when I kept on reminding Sean (the sender) about the missing parcels, he just ignored. It is clearly mentioned in the invoice an insurance of 100 per box total loss. Now he is denying the insurance and refusing to pay for the loss. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Would never recommend this service.
