Fitting rooms rarely open. Manager thinks she knows everything. Get the train to Plymouth or buy it online.

Just visited. So many staff and not one of them jumped on the till despite there being a long queue. One guy on the till was polite and helpful but I was so irritated watching all of them swearing and ignoring customers that I was just blown away. At one point the manager came down to answer a till question. The girl on the till left and didnt come back and then we saw the same manager sucking a lolly on our way out of the store. Hiding I assume. Just awful. Why employ so many staff if they arent going to help customers. Assume you dont want profits.

Not helpful at all I went in there to buy both my kids new shoes and they were not interested. So took my money elsewhere.
