The shoes and boots that this shop sells are beautiful. Very high quality and made to last. From the first pair of shoes that I bought there, Ive been hooked and its always my go to place. The owner is very knowledgeable about her shoes and always happy for me to just browse, if you want a good quality shoe that will last, this is definitely the place to go.

Elizabeth Ann has the most beautiful shoes and I was excited to buy several pairs. Unfortunately the owner was rude. When I asked about sizing available she impatiently told me they were on the label as though it was obvious. I thanked her and thought perhaps she didnt mean to say it in that tone. As I was looking I turned she was right there so almost bumping into her, I apologised although no one at fault here to which she tutted at me. I felt very uncomfortable and it was clear she treated me as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Again great shoes, I hope the owner can reflect on how she treats customers.
