I was working in Exeter and went sightseeing on the weekend and stumbled upon this place..had a look round the magnificent shop of loake shoes and boots with so so much choice...I was like a child in a sweet shop. Needles to say, I bought a pair of boots . Delivered to my address free of charge.... the staff where amazing and very helpful will definitely be back when in the area

Fantastic service. I've never seen anyone leave empty handed and I know why. I went in for help caring for my leather boots. Sadly I didn't catch the employees name but I received incredible help with care as he examined my boots and clearly explained how everything affected the leather as well as how they combined. The shop itself is furnished beautifully and has green leather armchairs! I was pleasantly suprised by the price finding everything amazing value considering how much use I'll get. The attention to detail was lovely as I received a personally addressed receipt in a beautiful envelope. All in all 10/10 will definitely return!
