        Martin & Co Exeter manage 2 properties for us and we can't recommend them highly enough. The staff are excellent, especially Alice who has always been brilliant, they respond very quickly to any queries and manage any issues/maintenance in a very efficient manner. We previously had a letting agent we were not totally happy with, if you are in that position contact Martin & Co - you won't be disappointed

        Its glad to meet Alice and Emy from Martin and Co Exeter. We successfully rent a house in Exeter within a month. Their response and help impressed me a lot. Im now living in the house for 2 weeks. Except some billing issues and the grassless backyard are still on hold, the equipment and facilities are good at all. I wish they can keep caring their tenants in the future.
