        Welcoming and Professional from start to finish. Our last 2 visits in the last month (feb/23)were flawless, nothing is too much and no pressure. Jeremy is a pleasure to deal with , knowledgeable and friendly and this extends thru out the whole team and of course Jess who is always great.Customer service is simply second to none , even the payment is left to the very last thing.         I have just bought a Rolex from Max at Michael Spiers for my daughters 21st Birthday. I cannot recommend Max more highly as from my initial enquiry to the watch arriving (..much faster than expected) and collecting it on her birthday the whole process was most positive and enjoyable and his communication was second to none. I certainly look forward to doing more business with Max and Michael Spiers in the future.
