S&P have been fantastic from the moment they first met with me to discuss selling my property, then getting it on the market with a fabulous brochure. All the office staff are so lovely, always very friendly, making sure I was kept well informed and comfortable about viewings and following up with prospective buyers. Although for me, the sale took a very long time, that was due to two sales falling through due to the buyers having to pull out (for reasons other than my property). S&P were really good about making sure the property was re-marketed until we achieved a successful sale. The staff I met including three who showed prospective buyers around, as well as those who I didn't meet in person were always knowledgeable, personable and everything you would want from a great estate agent. I cannot thank them enough as it helped me get through what could have been very stressful, but really wasn't !

I was really impressed with the service provided by S&P upfront and honest, that is what you want from an estate agent. It was also very reassuring to have a viewing with Adam who had an excellent knowledge of the local area and was passionate about property, very refreshing and renews my trust of estate agents, lets hope others can match them.
